Nora Kühner is working as freelance designer mainly focussing on apparel collections for active sports and leisure. Numerous well-known international brands have been among her customers. She is vice-president of the international designers´ network IDEAS. Since the edition for summer 2008 she is in charge of the group´s colour forecast. Based upon the IDEAS colour forecast she lectures about trends & colours for the sports industry at important trade-fairs.
Colour - one of the key elements of each collection. IDEAS shows an extract of its colour forecast for summer 2013 linked with hints to surface structures, fabric finishes and graphics. First colour moods for winter 2013/14 reflect the complexity of our times.

IDEAS Active Sports Design Network is an international network of freelance working design studios. All specialized in sports products (apparel, accessories, textile designs, hardware, etc.). For many years IDEAS launches its colour forecast for the sports industry.
We issue a forecast which has been created with the input of IDEAS members from different countries who all work for international brands. We share our experiences and observations of international sports markets to create our colour forecast. A trend forecast made by sports professionals for sports professionals! And appreciated by many well-known international sport brands.
The colour forecast tells 6 different colour stories - each explained with pictures/ graphics and recommendations for colour combinations. Small textile colour chips are added to get a quick first overview of the colours.
The price for the colour card (including the colour chips): € 325.-- plus shipping costs.
