IDEAS
Nora Kühner is working as freelance designer mainly focussing on apparel collections for active sports and leisure. Numerous well-known international brands have been among her customers. She is vice-president of the international designers´ network IDEAS. Since the edition for summer 2008 she is in charge of the group´s colour forecast. Based upon the IDEAS colour forecast she lectures about trends & colours for the sports industry at important trade-fairs.
The emblematic keyword of the IDEAS colour forecast for summer 2012 is "light-shift". Whether natural or artificial, light beats the rhythm of human life. An inspiring theme for sports - IDEAS has defined six colour stories each linked with hints to surfaces and finishes of fabrics, structures, graphics and the general look. A first glance at general trends for winter 2012/2013 completes the presentation.
